Abstract

Specific specifications related to this research are very important for implementation considering the 4.0 industrial revolution which demands innovation in learning. STEM project in learning by combining science, technology, engineering, and mathematics into a collaborative way to solve problems that often arise in the world of education, especially at the tertiary level, which produces teachers in general in school. The purpose of this research is to analyze STEM learning which is able to make students produce better products than students who excel. This study was designed as a quasi-experimental study. The study design was a group comparison involving two groups. The STEM products were taken from Biology Education students who contracted the Nutrition Science course Class A consisted of 23 people and Class B consisted of 21 people. The data analysis used is product data analysis. Each statistical analysis is descriptive, then the inferential statistics are analyzed to see the significance of each class. The conclusion obtained is that the ability of students who get STEM learning in making nutrition science products is better than students who get regular learning.
