PERAN PENDIDIK (DIDACTIC, REFLECTIVE, AFECTIVE ATAU EVALUATIVE ROLES) DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS ABAD 21
Abstract
This study aims to understand the role of educators in the 21st century learning. The research was conducted with a non-interactive Approach with literature study research methods. By using the literature that has been done, obtained the roles of various roles (roles) in the classroom, namely didactic, reflective, and affective roles. The didactic role is the role of the teacher everywhere in didactic games designed to convey information, roles designed to advance the functions of thinking and solving problems, while affective roles with controversies, values, and beliefs. The balance of the Social Sciences teaching staff in playing a role as didactic, reflective, and affective is needed so that the objectives of Social studies Education are good. Teaching staff / IPS educators in Indonesia in playing roles are based on scientific, educational and ideological zeal, and cannot be separated from the fundamental principles of the nation, namely Pancasila and the 1945
Constitution.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran peran pendidik dalam pembelaja- ran abad 21. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan noninteraktif (non- interactive inquiry) dengan metode penelitian studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan an- alisis literatur yang telah dilakukan, didapat bahwa peran pengajar IPS memain- kan berbagai peran (roles) di dalam kelas, yaitu didactic, reflective, maupun affec- tive roles. Didactic roles merupakan peran guru di mana dalam peran didaktis didesain untuk menyampaikan informasi, peran Reflektif utamanya didesain untuk memajukan kemampuan berfikir dan pemecahan masalah, sedangkan peran afektif konsern dengan kontroversi, nilai, dan kepercayaan. Keseimbangan staf pengajar IPS dalam memainkan perannya sebagai didactic, reflective, maupun affective roles diperlukan agar tujuan Pendidikan IPS tercapai dengan baik. Staf pengajar/pendidik IPS di Indonesia dalam memainkan peran dilandasi oleh spirit ilmiah, pendidikan, dan ideologi, serta tidak lepas dari kaidah fundamental bangsa yaitu Pancasila dan UUD 1945.
