The existence of an evaluation of academic information systems and service quality will have an impact on user satisfaction, this has become a phenomenon in research conducted by researchers. The result of this research is that the user satisfaction variable does not mediate the academic information system (SIAKAD) variable on decision making, but the user satisfaction variable mediates the effect of service quality on decision making.
