Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Impact of Bank BJB's CSR Entrepreneurship Training Program on the Independence of Youth Entrepreneurs held at PKPU HI JABAR Institution. The analysis of the study consisted of four indicators of independence as analysis blades from this study which included the ability to take initiative, ability to solve problems, self- confidence, and the ability to do something on their own. The research method used is Descriptive Analysis. The population of this study was young people who were receiving entrepreneurship training in Bank BJB's CSR at PKPU HI JABAR, with sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling. The results of the study revealed that the ability to take the initiative of youth in entrepreneurship was demonstrated by their ability to create opportunities, exploit potential, and develop business capital; The ability to solve problems is realized through its ability to overcome problems in sales / marketing and problems in the production / procurement of goods; Having confidence is revealed through its ability to make decisions and be able to communicate; And the ability to do something yourself is revealed through its strength in finding solutions to problems and its ability to adjust circumstances. Thus the conclusion of this study is that the CSR program of Bank BJB through entrepreneurship training by PKPU HI West Java has an impact on youth independence in entrepreneurship.
