Abstract

Management of archives should be organized systematically because the longer the archives will be growing. This study discusses the influence of archives management work ethic against employees in the Regional General Hospital Ciamis. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the influence of archives management work ethic against employees in the Regional General Hospital Ciamis. The methods used to research is quantitative. Data collection techniques used data i.e., a non participant observation, spread to the 33 respondents. Then obtained the following results, the influence of archives management work ethic Against employees in the Regional General Hospital of 0.694 namely Ciamis with levels of epsilon 0.518 and could be said against a moderate influence. Thus, the conceptual hypotheses regarding the influence of archives management work ethic Against employees in public hospitals can be said Ciamis Area tested.
